additional Legacy plugins CS4

Hi all,

New to this forum. Am adding the additional Photoshop CS4 Extended 'additional plugins' from the software Content disk and from the download link. My question is where should I put the 'Bridge Startup Scripts' folder and which Plugin folder(s) do the following plugins go into:
HSBHSL.plugin, Texture Fill.plugin, Overscroll Always.plugin*, Overscroll Floating Windows.plugin*

just put the plugins in the plugins folder.
