Does Photoshop Elements have vector based drawing tools? If so how can I find them?

Elements and Photoshop are mostly raster programs so they do not have much in the way of Vector tools. Photoshop has a bit more vector capabilities than Elements but still limited. Programs like Adobe Illustrator and corel Draw are Vector programs and well suited for all your vector needs. The only ‘vector’ formats in Elements are the custom shapes and text without editing nodes.
