When I save a jpg file it is saved with a Paint Shop Pro icon and opens in Paint Shop Pro. How can elect to save jpg format files with a Photoshop Elements icon?

What set up do you have (Windows>Mac)? and what Operating System?

Your system has PSP set as the default application for jpg files.

To set the default to PSE, while running PSE, click Edit > File Association…

You will be able to select all of the file types which will be associated with PSE by default.

Hi, Wendy… looks like our keyboards are in-phase, today!!

William is on a PC – based on his reported usage of Paintshop Pro, which is Windows-only.
