Will there be LightScribe compatible plug-in\support for upcoming photoshop versions or other Adobe software?

I've been looking for one for a couple years, but no private individual has written one yet that I'm aware of.
However, I bought a copy of the SureThing CD labeler package, and it works great. You can drag a copy of any graphic (produced in PS) over the CD template and it automatically grabs whatever is in the LightScribe printable area doughnut circle. And it's pretty inexpensive - $25, it I remember correctly.

Well, I actually just downloaded a trial version of that software, but I'm looking for a program that supports transparency and I didn't get the chance to check if SureThing supports it. Do you know if it does?
