How do I set Photo Elements 3.0 to Print the embedded Date and Time stamp from a digital Camera (PwerShot S410 and Nikon Coolpix 4300)

AFAIK, there is no method to print this information. Apparently, Adobe assumed that this information would only be useful to the photographer and would not be information that would need to be printed. You indicate that you have Photoshop Elements 3.0. REALLY? Where did you get it? Or is it actually 2.0? :)
