CS3 Going back tomorrow

That's it. I've had 3 days trying to get this thing installed on three different computers, and no go. The program is a full version and not an upgrade.

It's been tried on two XP Pro machines and a Vista Home Premium machine, all with Core 2 Duo processors and 2gb RAM. One XP machine has an ATI video card and the other has an NVidia. The Vista machine has ATI.

The beta was only installed on the Vista machine and there is NO Adobe products of any kind on the other two machines.

The program goes back to the store tomorrow, and I'll be asking for a full refund.

Have you downloaded and 'run' the CS3 'cleaner' from the Adobe website? That fixed the install problem for me.

Sure have. I've tried every possible "fix" and tweak that's been offered on the Adobe forums and elsewhere.

Thank you for that. I'll give it a try. I think they still have a trial period download.
