My Company has a problem with Photoshop CS2 on Windows 2000 SP4 (Photoshop only ! Problem is not present in Indesign CS2 from the Suite installed). When we start and run Photoshop, we have these :
=> Many "Application Screen" : Buttons have no label ! Text is not present => Menu are not display correctly (icons are missing)

The problem appears on two different model of computer (manufacturer NEC) - AMD Processor with ATI graphics Radeon (X1300 or X200).

We try :
=> Update ATI Driver Graphic : Problem still appear
=> Update Photoshop 9.0.2 : Problem still appear
=> Material Acceleration to None : Problem still appear => Upgrade RAM Memories : Problem still appear

Is Anyone have an idea about this problem ??

Thx for your help

Have you tried a) deleting the preferences, and b) reinstalling the program.

It's the first installed on computers (Why re-installed ?). Preferences is set "by default" at first install !
I will try on another computer (Manufacturer Fujitsu).

Any other solution ?
