I am trying to do a gradient in Photoshop CS.

I have the layers and know how to start the gradient but for some reason can not achive the results I want. I want a fad from a dark green to a light tan color bottom to top. Here is a website that has the background effect I am after: www.teanaturals.com. Can someone please help me out here and let me know how to achive this result?

Thanks much :)

Layers? All you need do is set the appropriate background/foreground colours and use the Gradient tool. Be sure to select the "Foreground to Background" option in the tool's drop-down menu.

Take a screen shot, copy it into Photoshop and measure the start and ending colours with the eyedropper, setting the foreground and background colours in the tool palette to those colours.

Open your image and select the gradient tool and create a gradient with those colours as the start and end colours. To match that gradient exactly you will need to pull the centre point a little towards the green
