Problem with Print Preview

When I select "Print Preview" sometimes all the proper options come up on the upper right hand side of the screen (i.e., OK, Cancel, Print, Page Setup, Help). Most times, however, I just get a red "X" to close the page without saving it. Does anyone know how I can get this fixed? Thanks.

Photo shop documents are suddenly printing an unwanted background tone, Don't know why...can't get rid of it...doesn't show on print preview.

Have you tried calibrating your monitor? If not let us know your set up Window/Mac etc and we should be able to talk you throught doing it. That may help
