After using Photoshop Elements 2 on my PC for an hour or so, My keyboard starts typing the wrong letters. I’m using an HP pavilion with plenty of memory running windows XP

Hello Mary.
Sounds odd, perhaps if you try to reset preffs.
Hold down shift,ctrl and alt together just after clicking on the shortcut to PSE and say yes to question.
