Have Mac PSE2. Rewrote file. Cannot access it to place multiple pics.

Hello. I looked at the FAQ. Cannot get to that site, perhaps because it is dated from 2002? I have written the new file as instructed in help.

It is in Applications>PSE2>Presets>Layouts. But when I try to use the file, it is grey and unaccessible. Help Please! Thanks!

Did you write it with ASCII text editor and SAVE as ASCII text file (not in word processor format)?

Does Mac version need .txt extension like Windows does (probably not).

From the OSX side;

The layout files have the .txt extension here as well.

If you used Textedit make sure it didn't save the file as RTF. I copied what you posted into a text file and saved it into the layouts directory and PSE2 saw it without a problem, so you've got the information layed out OK.
