Hello,
I am very new to Adobe Photoshop, I have used Corel Picture Publisher for ages and just recently switched.
I created a page yesterday with three photos on it and some text. I saved it and when I try to open it I get this error:

"COULD NOT COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST BECAUSE AN UNKOWN OR INVALID JPEG MARKER TYPE IS FOUND"

Oddly enough I can open it in Corel Picture Publisher. I am not a professional and have no idea why this is happening but I am afraid now to create anything new.

Please help! I did try to look for an answer to my question in the database before the forum.

Thanks!

Oddly enough I can open it in Corel Picture Publisher<<

Then do so and re-save it from there. It should now open in Photoshop.

What *exact* version of Photoshop are you running?

I am using 9.0.
Was looking at updates, but not sure what to get.

Ok just re-saved it… feeling pretty dumb now, and of course it worked.

It does seem to take a while to open, I think I read somewhere that there is an update helping with this problem?

Thanks!

9.02 is the update you should get.
