Is there any plug-in or way that i can create a Lightscribe graphic in Photoshop, in the circular format that i need?

I asked this question about a year ago too and didn’t get any responses. I _think_ that you could just use a square of the appropriate size and float two circles inside it for visual reference. Anything outside the circle is discarded, I think, because it’s outside the printable area.
