Rotate View Tool Doesn't Work

When I try to Use the Rotate View tool, on a JPEG, I get the message: "Could not complete your request because it only works with OpenGL enabled document windows". Of course the new Zoom Tool doesn't work either. What am I missing?

Dual 2.3 GHz Power PC G5
3.5 GB DDR SDRAM

I am afraid that what you are missing is a suitable Video Card.

You need a card that can support both Shader Model 3.0 and Open GL 2

The only card that will do that with your machine would be a mutant flashed-for-Mac nVidia GeForce 7800 GT
