Can't get rid of blue highlighting on "new items in CS4"

The file menus have all the new items highlighted in blue.

I do not have "Whats new in CS4" checked in Windows/workspace.

I tried creating a new workspace starting from "essentials" workspace, but the blue has come back!

Any thoughts?

Turn off Color menus in your Prefs.

You need to go through the Prefs of any new application diligently to make it optimal for your personal workflow.

Thanks Ann, I went through the prefs but obviously not carefully enough.

Glad that you got it sussed out!

I also find Color Menus very distracting.
