Lost! My Options Bar

I have no idea how I've managed to do this, but I've 'lost' my Options Bar. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone out there have a solution help! Windows user.

Have you tried Window / Reset palette location ?

On the menu, clicking Window > Options will toggle the display of the Options bar on or off, as you wish.
