Does Photoshop CS 8.0 run on 10.4? If not, what version does??? Thanks for the help

Does Photoshop CS 8.0 run on 10.4?

You need at least 10.4.8, preferably 10.4.11.

Other Photoshop versions that run in Tiger 10.4.11 are : Photoshop 7.0.1, 8, 9.0.2, 10.0.1 and 11 (CS4).

Version 8 runs just fine in Tiger and is fully supported.
