Path to Actions folder in Windows PS CS2?

What is the path to the folder in Windows for PS CS2 where I would store an action downloaded from Exchange?

You can save an action anywhere on your hard drive, and you can load it from Photoshop from wherever you save it.

True, but you should consider using the Presets>Photoshop Actions folder in the Adobe Program folder. That way you can quickly load/unload actions from the flyout menu.

And back them up somewhere else.
