What's the best saving format to use to get a not huge file with no quality loss? If I save again in jpg, I'll get a worse file, if I save in png or worse in tiff with lzw compression I'll get a huge file.
What's it possible to do?

not huge file with no quality loss
thats not going to happen, if you have a very large file, you can zip it, LZW compresion on a TIFF, or even make a pdf, but there still going to be close to the origanal size, if you want to lose a lot of size, you have to lose some quality.

What about jpeg2000? I haven't tried it, but it's supposed to have a lossless option.
Personally I save as jpg with a bit of compression if I know I won't be editing the file again. I've had headaches with tiff files (using compression) before. I'd recommend staying away if you're considering bringing your image into another app.
I usually just burn my original files, as psd, to ROMs. Most of my files aren't very useful to me if I don't have all the original layer information available.
