Every once in a while, for no known reason, I run into an odd problem. If I am using a brush and draw an arc from a to b, the result will be a straight line from a to b. it will not show or draw anything in between. it looks like nothing is being drawn but the initial ‘dot’ (assuming a circular brush) then when it gets to the end it draws a straight line. If I try to use the lasso to select an circular area it will tell me I have selected no points. Selecting a square area works because it is defined from point a to point b. restarting PS cures it. I’ve trashed prefs and done a full reinstall but eventually at some point this odd behavior shows up. It doesn’t happen too often but I can’t figure out the cause or cure. Anyone seen this?
