Seeing as Adobe purchased Grain Surgery and pulled it from the market (just like extensis purchased Font Reserve and did the same, is Adobe incorporating the functionality into cs4?
Don't you love it when comgloms buy up great products and quash them?

Well, that would be ideal. Nothing matches the Grain Surgery set of plug-ins (Remove Grain, Add Grain and Match Grain). Absolutely nothing.
As of now, Grain Surgery only works on PPCs and Rosetta. One of the many reasons I'm staying with Tiger.
As an afterthought, if there were a digital noise reduction plug-in or utility that matched the magic that Grain Surgery performs on film grain, I wouldn't be so envious of D3 owners.

However, Grain Surgery by itself sold for the same price as the Photoshop upgrade. :/
