Does anyone know how to do the pretty writting on there? I see other people that made a pretty pic like that and i cant.... please help!

Fonts are a feature of the operating system. You can buy them from Adobe and other places. You can download some from the web, but some of these are of dubious quality, and a few have been known to crash Photoshop.
Once you get a new font, you install it through the fonts utility in the control panel (under the start button). It should be there the next time you open Photoshop.
