I am using Photoshop CS3 on a G5 Mac with OS 10.4.11. I have 2.5 GB of RAM.
I think this is very peculiar and I would be very impressed if someone could make sense out of this.
Whenever I try to make a picture package, let’s say 2 (5X7) identical images for printing on an 8.5"X11" sheet of paper, the image on the right is always significantly darker then the one on the left. The left image is identical to the original but the one on the right is that much visibly darker that it is rendered useless. This is not a function of the printer because it looks darker on the monitor as well. My monitor is relatively new and is calibrated and I print using custom profiles.
Any ideas as to what is causing this and if there is a fix for it?
Please and thank you.
