Multiple Monitors with CS2

First use of the forum and I'm new so excuse me if this is easy:

I have a 4 monitor system and use CS2 9.0.2 - for this example I have 15 open images in the photoshop app window on monitor 2. If I move the PS App window none of the images or the tools go with the window. It's a great feature to be able to move the images beyond the bounds of the app windows however:

If I move the app window to say montitor 3, how do I get all the images and tools to move there too? none of the 'window arrage' commands seem to work.

OK so I started hacking with it and found that if I press and hold SHIFT and CTRL while dragging the app window, everything goes with it.
