Is there any way that plug-ins for my photoshop mac versions (os9) can be converted for use with my pc version? Thank you.

Many of the plugins are cross platform. However, if the ones you have are specific to the Mac, they'll probably have to be replaced instead of "converted." Have you tried moving them to see if they work? Which plugins?
