CS3 Not accepting my CS2 Serial Number

I just downloaded and installed the beta of CS3. I typed in my serial number directly from the back of my CS2 CD case and all I get is a RED X.

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

As per the instructions on the Adobe Labs webiste when you downloaded the beta, you use your CS2 number on the Adobe Labs website, to get a CS3 beta serial number. You do not use your CS2 number to enable CS3 beta.
