Photoshop 7.0 PLUGIN.dll and Fast Core and MMXcore and Multiprocessor Support problem.

I have a Toshiba Tablet and when I open Adobe photoshop 7.0 this is what happens. The first window reads:
"This application has failed to start because PLUGIN.dll was not found.RE-installing the application may fix this problem".

Then I click OK and this 2nd window appears and it reads:

"Could not load the FastCore Routines module because a disk error"

Then I click OK and this 3rd window reads:

"This application has failed to start because PLUGIN.dll was not found.RE-installing the application may fix this problem".

Then I click OK and this other window appears:

"Could not load the MMX Core Routine because of disk error"

Then I click OK and the same message appear:

"This application has failed to start because PLUGIN.dll was not found.RE-installing the application may fix this problem".

Then at last I click OK again and this message appears:

"Could not load the Multiprocessor Support module because of a disk error"

After all this I could finally enter the program.
Could anybody help me? to fix this ?

Where on earth did you get THAT idea?

I wonder if reinstalling might help.
