Tiff Decompressor needed for Images copied from PDF?

Opening a .PDF file with the latest version of Adobe Reader, in certain images I read: Quicktime and a Tiff (Uncompressed) decompressor are needed to see this picture and NO picture appears … so: what do I have to do in this case ? Thank you very much
