I have two internal hard drives. My os and data are on one, and backups are on the second one. Each one has plenty of free space. I put my scratch disk on the second hd. Does the second hd need a paging file? If yes, should I set the paging file to a specific size, or just let Windows xp manage it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Performance may be better if you have the pagefile on one disk while the PS scatch area is located on another.

I advise letting the OS determine the size of the pagefile.
