I am trying to print A7 cards (7 x10 paper folded to a 5 x 7 card) on an Epson R2400 from a PowerMac 2.8 with Leopard. The problem is that every time I enter the custom paper size the printer gives me a paper feed error and won’t load it. The paper isn’t the problem as it feeds fine if I lie and tell the printer it is an 8 x 10 and any custom size automatically produces the same error. Any thoughts on how I can correct this problem?
