Q: Photoshop CS2 Upgrade

I have Adobe Creative Suite (standard version) and I was wondering if I can upgrade the Photoshop included in that suite to Photoshop CS2? I don’t use the whole CS and I wouldn’t want to spend $350 to upgrade it just to get Photoshop.

I believe you have to upgrade the whole suite. Adobe’s gotcha.

The suite is considered one application with one serial number. It’s all or nothing.

Still cheaper than buying a stand alone PS licence, which is your only alternative at the moment. Maybe wait for PS CS3.
