Hi, somehow i have managed to lock out my tools when I open a photo. I keep getting the hand icon (it appears in my photo) whenever i select any tool. I reset my tools to default, but it still occurs. my background photo shows a locked lock on it and this can't be removed. I am using version 7 on my mac. How can I get this to change? Thanks

reset your prefs. if you don't know how please read the FAQs.

This is normal. If you want to unlock the background double click the layer.
