student edition, how to proof eligilibility?

Hello. I have just bought photoshop cs2 student edition.

I definitely qualify for the product, and have filled in the form that I have recieved with it. However, this from, it says, most be emailed or faxed to adobe. I have no way of doing this with a paper form.

Is there an adress or any other way of proving eligibility?

BTW I am in the United Kingdom
