Edit Photoshop 7.0 keyboard shortcuts

Is there any way to edit and change the keyboard shortcuts?

Not in Photoshop 7 I am afraid. You Could get a Keyboard Layout program and remap the keyboard for all programs (or load the particular layout each time you use Photoshop).

Or upgrade.
