12px Arial Bold difference in PS to Web

I’m putting together a web layout but when I view 12px Arial Bold in my PS layout in comparison to viewing the same font on the web they look different. I’ve tried altering the anti-aliasing method but still can’t get it looking the same. The useful site I’m using to preview different fonts online is <http://www.typetester.org/>

Any help with this would be much appreciated.
