Transparent (or white) background printing gray

My transparent background in Photoshop is printing gray on one printer and not printing at all on another identical printer. Both printers have the same settings. What setting in Photoshop am I missing?

How about posting screen captures of your colour settings and print settings for both pritners so we have somehting to go by?
