English language pack

I have a Norwegian edition of Photoshop CS2.

I will like to change the language to English.
Where can I get a "English language pack" who I can Install?

You cannot change the version. You will have to contact Adobe Customer service to upgrade from a Norwegian version to an English one. If it is a legitimage copy, then you should have no trouble (though there may be a fee involved).

There is no such thing.

You would need to buy an English version of Photoshop to get English.
