I'm looking for a simple way to overlay the 'Prohibition' symbol (http://www.ecomo.or.jp/symbols_english/page16.html) over a picture in Photoshop.

I would imagine there must be a simple plug-in, but damn if I can't locate one.

Could someone please point me in the right direction?
