I have been wrestling with Epson regarding a problem I have been having with my scanner ever since installing windows XP Pro.
Whenever i try to scan 35mm positive slides the scanner tells me there are no documents there even though I have removed the reflective screen. I have installed all the updates for the scanner plus patches as advised by Newsoftinc. whom I assume created the software. I have all kinds of memory etc. so that is not the problem.
I would appreciate any suggestions from any kind soul, apart from throwing the scanner out the window into the snow which we still have plenty of.
