I’ve got a scan that’s about .5 degrees off square.
So, I see Adobe Photoshop has a straighten AND a (straighten and crop) tool.
It seems after using the straigten tool (it STILL seems to force a crop on you – i.e. you can’t just straighten withOUT cropping – then why 2 options??) I can not turn OFF "rotate". IOW, if I use the crop function, it won’t let me drag the borders. Instead when I’m outside the canvas, the little rotate double arrows are present. HOW DO I GET RID OF THEM? I suppose I could close and reopen, but if that’s the workaround, it’s a sad solution.
I’m running either 6.0 or 7.0.
Solution: rescan the image square as it’s 10x faster.
