OLS.DLL in Bridge?

When I have loaded Bridge (1.0.4.6 (104504, Win XP Pro) recently it displays "OLS library not found: /c/Program%20Files/Adobe/Adobe%20Bridge/ols.dll".
(Yes: forward slashes /, not back slashes \).
If I OK the dialog Bridge loads and runs OK. There is no ols.dll in my C:\. In Google ols.dll seems something to do with pop-ups. Searches for ols.dll in Adobe have failed so far.
How do I fix this? Is it a bug?

Have you tried updating the OnlineServices component (separate from the Bridge update)?

Maybe you could let me know how to update the OnlineServices component, please? When I close Bridge I get a dialog saying that a memory location cannot be written to. Hopefully when I update this will disappear.
