Dual Monitor in PS CS3

Hi,

I can't expand my workspace to second monitor.
When I move image in Full Screen Mode it jumps back to 1st monitor. I can't also move my pallets to 2nd monitor.

Do I have to change some settings? Where? In System or in PS?

I'm running CS3 on Leopard 10.5.2

I have to go into the display settings and drag the menu bar in the arrangement panel from my macbook's display to my external 21" display in order for PS to use that display.
