Hey all,

Just got home with my new Macbook Core 2 Duo, and after the installation of Adobe CS2 Photoshop and Imageready (Only those two).

I go to launch Photoshop and it shows in my dock flashing, like it is going to open, then it disappears off the dock and fails to open. Secondly, when I go to do the web update, it never responds, the blue bar never goes from left to right, rather simply doesn’t show at all.

Not sure if this is because of my hardware or if it is something with the software, but I am just wondering how to get it to launch.

Thanks.

Do you happen to be in the UK time zone? If so, just change your computer’s time zone to London (you can set it back later, just not GMT or Greenwich).
