Ummm...Photoshop Album Starter Edition is Windows-only, as evidenced by the ".exe" file suffix.
If you have the iMac, you should also have iPhoto. In which ways won't that work for you?

Well, I've never used Album, so I don't know if the photos are extractable from the container that Album puts them in.
Tell whoever sent you the photos to simply ZIP-compress copies of them into a plain old folder, and send that.
