making a film from still digital photos

The problem I have is with centering. Because I take my tripod in every night there still are minimal yet visible differences in the centering. Is there a quick way to center 7000 photos?
I use Adobe Premiere Pro but Im not sure if this tool is available. I also use Photoshop but the thought of centering 7000 photos based on a template and then snipping the canvas size sounds too tedious. Is there another way?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hmmm. Are you sure you’ve posted this on the right forum? This one is for Elements, and any process that would do what you’re asking is more likely to be even easier in full Photoshop than PSE.

Yes I use Elements rather than full Photoshop – its easier!
