Photoshop Elements Mac 4: Text locked in ALL CAPS

When I attempted to add some text to an image, I found that my Text is now "locked" in ALL CAPS. How do I change this?

I would checck my text options.

Not familiar with Elements… but in Photoshop the Character Palette menu has a selection for All Caps.
And I assume you checked your "caps lock" key.
