Where is the 3D Transform in Photoshop CS2

In Photoshop 6, I used to use the 3D Transform by choosing Filter, Render, 3D transform. Now I am using Photoshop CS2 and I can not find that command dialog box. Will anyone please tell me where I can find it in Photoshop CS2 with many thanks.
