Adding Save As button to Tool Bar

Is it possible to add a button to the tool bar for "Save As"?

As far as I know the tool bar in PSE cannot be modified.

But, if on a PC, anyway, Control S (Command S on a MAC, I suspect) will automatically SAVE your image and unless it's been saved before, it acts like a Save As.
