I’m having the same frustrating problem. Sometimes the gallery will be created and the frames are empty where the images should be…thumbnails and large images.
I recently lost the ability to add music too. The file is there in the gallery folder, but it won’t play. It will still play on a previously created gallery, but not the recently created ones! So frustrating!
Also, in the past, I’ve found that the slideshow galleries will stretch portrait images into landscape images when they follow a landscape image in the timeline. I don’t know if there’s a problem with my software or if I’m losing my mind!
Can anyone help?
