Is there a way to get a list of fonts used in a photoshop file - something like InDesign's FIND FONTS.
And yes, next I'll be asking for a "PACKAGE" utility which gathers all required FONTS and linked files into one place so that I can 'ship' a PSD file, and all of its dependencies, to someone.
Thanks!

Save the file as a Photoshop PDF.
If you then open it in Acrobat, you should be able to see a list of all of the fonts used in the file.

There is no need to Pakage a PSD as there are no outside files to link to.
As for finding out what fonts are used, just click the font layers then check. Using more than 2 or 3 fonts in an image editing app is not very smart.

This is a definitly short-coming of the program.
Even if you use only one font you could use it in a large number of layers, and to be required to click on every layer to find the font, or to save as PDF and open in Acrobat, is not very efficient.
Perhap CS3 will have a font usage pane, with an accompanying find feature.
....to expand on the linked files part of Buko's post: Smart objects fool a lot of people into thinking that they are linked to the files from whence they came, but they are not. They are fully embedded.
